Hey, I’m Jake, welcome to PopcornFlicks.ca! In my normal life, I live in Toronto and work as a campaign strategist for progressive Liberal campaigns across Ontario. I graduated with my H.B.A. in Political Science from the University of Toronto in 2021, and I’ve worked in grassroots organizing since I was sixteen. But my favorite interest, since I was a young kid, was film.
I love every kind of movie, from massive blockbusters to indie art films, because the most important thing for a film to be good is finding its audience. If a film can figure out who it’s for and accomplish the goal of appealing to that group, then it’s a good movie!
